In this board game, players build a continuous chain using domino tiles, matching the same number of spots on adjacent ends. Each tile is a rectangle split into two squares, each containing from zero to six dots. The standard set includes 28 tiles, often referred to as "bones" or "stones." Players start by drawing seven tiles, while the rest remain face-up as a reserve. The first player to go is the one holding the double-six tile if available. After placing their initial tile, subsequent players add to the chain by matching identical numbers on the open ends. Matches can be made either at the ends or in the middle of the layout, creating an ever-growing pattern. Whether you choose to compete against another human player online or challenge an AI opponent, the goal remains the same: to be the first to use all your tiles or score the most points when the game ends.
